    • Oregon Overnight Shipping: $35

    • Flat Rate Shipping All Other States: $50

    Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your address.

  • Yes — orders over $349 ship free anywhere in the U.S.

  • Yes. Local pickup in Albany, OR is free and available by appointment.

  • Every coral is shipped with:

    • Insulated shipping boxes

    • Heat or cold packs depending on weather

    • Secure specimen cups or bags

    We pack each order to ensure your coral arrives healthy and stable.

  • We ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays and ensure the safest arrival window.

  • We offer a 2‑hour DOA guarantee on all coral shipments. If your coral arrives dead on arrival, we will issue store credit for the full value of the coral.

  • To qualify for DOA coverage, you must:

    No exceptions — this protects both you and us.

    What is not covered?

    Our DOA guarantee does not cover:

    • Corals left outside after delivery

    • Shipping delays caused by UPS/FedEx

    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

    • Damage caused by improper acclimation

    • Death occurring after the 2‑hour window

    We pack every coral with extreme care, but once the package is delivered, it must be brought inside promptly.

  • DOA claims are issued as store credit only. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

    What if multiple corals are in the same order?

    Only the affected coral(s) will be credited. Healthy corals in the same shipment are not eligible for DOA credit.
